Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Shopping should be a stress-free experience and in keeping with that, we believe in a hassle-free Exchange policy, we want to go the extra step to make you feel secure.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed can only be cancelled prior to shipment.

When can I Exchange my order?

We have a no question 7 days exchange policy, wherein you can exchange the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund.

Please Note that exchange is not permissible under customization order.

How do I exchange my order?

You need to call the customer care on +91 7990412310 or email us at contact@fineryy.com stating that you want to exchange the product. We will arrange a pickup with our logistic partner and the pickup details will be shared with you.

Make Sure to :

  1. a) Pack your order in original packaging and mention your name, order number and mobile number.
  2. b) Enclose the original invoice, guaranty/warranty card & other tag, if any.
  3. c) Wrap it all around with cello tape for safety during in-transit.

Will I get refund?

No refund, except in case of product is received in damaged condition. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the product at our location and in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice after deducting the shipping charges, failing which refund may not be possible.

Do I need to pay for the return shipment if I return my order?

Yes, your refund will be processed after deducting return charges for both to and fro courier’s.

International Orders:

The aforesaid policy is for orders within India and not applicable for international orders. We do not accept any return / refund request for internationally shipped goods.
