We value and appreciate your business! Fineryy offers a warranty for all our jewellery. The following briefly explains our warranty policy.

JEWELRY WARRANTY ON NEW PURCHASES

Fineryy provides a warranty on all your jewellery purchased from us. This warranty covers manufacturers defects in material or workmanship. It covers 1-year warranty for Jewellery polish and shine of studded cubic zirconia.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS

The Fineryy warranty does NOT cover the following items:

1.Any damage to your jewellery purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, Fineryy is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. If the jewellery was neglected and abused and the warranty becomes void.)

2.If another jeweller performs any repair work on an item purchased from Fineryy, the warranty becomes null and void.

  1. However, We do provide repairs in such cases also at applicable minimum charges which would vary on case to case basis.
